Hijama For Gout

A few months ago, one of my friends started developing some pain in his right foot. Ivisited him a couple of days after the pain had started and he told me it was steadily getting worse. Alhumdulillah, it was a blessing for him that I carry my Hijama kit with me. I was able to treat his foot with Hijama Therapy there and then. The next day the pain was gone.
Unfortunatey, the same pain started in his other foot a week later. But this time, he dismissed thinking that it would get better by itself. However, as expected, it became worse. By the time he asked me to perform the Hijama therapy again, it was too late. His big toe had become so inflamed, that it was impossible to apply the cup successfully. He had to go to the Doctor and was diagnosed with Gout. The GP gave him some capsules, which reduced his pain and inflammation. Alhumdulillah, his foot eventually recovered.
Last week, he suffered from the same problem again. He did not have a healthy, balanced diet which contributed to the Gout’s return. Also, he had high levels of stress which cause health problems. He called me and asked me to treat him. This time he remembered not to wait for his foot to get too bad! I told him to stop by and I administered Hijama Therapy on his foot again. The next day, I called him to checkup on him. He was happy to inform me that his foot had improved by 80%! I rang him again the following day and he stated that he had fully recovered, Alhumdulillah!

cupping therapy for gout

For those of you who are not familiar with Gout, here is some information. Gout causes attacks of painful inflammation in one or more joints. It is caused by a chemical in the blood called Uric Acid (Urate). Uric Acid is usually harmless and is made inside the body. Most of it is passed out with urine. Some is naturally expelled from the gut with the stools (faeces). Gout sufferers experience a high build up of the amount of uric acid in their blood. In some cases, the levels may become too high and tiny grit-like crystals of uric acid are formed. The crystals typically collect in joints around the body such as hands and feet. The crystals irritate the tissues in the joint to cause inflammation, swelling and pain – a “Gout Attack”.
Common foods and drinks which can cause Gout are; Red meat, Turkey, Liver, Scallops, Herring, Asparagus, Beer and many sugary drinks. So please avoid these items if you are a Gout sufferer, as they may eventually cause another “Gout attack” and trigger major “flare ups” to your joints.
Hijama is an amazing treatment for any kind of pain, inflammation and the removal of excess toxic fluids from inside the body. For some patients, the positive results can be felt immediately. However, Hijama will only be successful in the long –term if patients also make changes to their diet and lifestyle. If not, physical problems will keep coming back and it does not matter if you get Hijama done even once or twice. From this case study, you can see that Hijama is an excellent treatment. But it also has to integrated in to your lifestyle with a healthy diet and exercise.
